The Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) will hold its 2027 D.C. Fly-In February 23–25, 2027, based at the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. The event is open to CASP members only and is capped at 100 seats.
February 23 is an arrival day with a group activity, and February 24 is the advocacy day, when participants meet with the offices of their senators and representatives on Capitol Hill alongside CASP vice president of government affairs Mariel Fernandez and federal lobbyists Bob Okun and Christina Hamilton. The day opens with breakfast and preparation and ends with a group debrief, and February 25 is a departure day with no scheduled activities. CASP provides advocacy training for first-time participants. Registration costs $185, opens in early November and closes January 6, 2027, with no exceptions because of meeting scheduling. A discounted hotel rate of $259 is available until February 2, 2027.
CASP is a trade association of autism service provider organizations. The fly-in gives provider leaders a structured way to brief lawmakers on access to care and on CASP’s federal policy initiatives, as federal funding and coverage decisions continue to shape the operating environment for ABA providers.
