The Norwegian Association for Behavior Analysis (Norsk atferdsanalytisk forening, NAFO) will hold NAFO-seminaret 2027 on April 21–25, 2027, at Storefjell Resort Hotel on Golsfjellet near Gol, Norway. The five-day seminar draws around 1,000 participants and is the country’s largest behavior-analytic gathering; the program is in Norwegian.
A pre-seminar on Wednesday, April 21, precedes the main seminar from Thursday, April 22, through Sunday, April 25. The program committee is accepting lectures, symposia and workshops until December 1, 2026, and posters until April 1, 2027, with the later poster deadline intended to accommodate students. More than 40 posters were presented in 2026. NAFO aims to cover theory, research and case presentations from practice, as well as related fields that inform behavior-analytic work. The full program, prices and registration form are scheduled for release in late January 2027.
Founded in 1973, NAFO publishes two scientific journals, Norsk tidsskrift for atferdsanalyse and the European Journal of Behavior Analysis, and supports local chapters that run day seminars and study groups. The annual Storefjell seminar brings Norway’s behavior-analytic researchers and practitioners together in one setting each spring.
